Glanusk Lodge is the ideal retreat for a get-together with family or friends, a special holiday or simply to enjoy the stunning surroundings of the Brecon Beacons National Park whilst recharging your batteries. The Lodge sleeps 12 guests and is beautifully furnished throughout with an eclectic selection of antique and modern furniture along with wonderful quirky touches.
Set in its own large private gardens and with extensive views across to Sugar Loaf mountain and down the Usk Valley, guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to finding a spot to relax in or for a bracing walk. Children are very welcome – there is a collection of board games and outdoor activities to help keep them amused! The Lodge is self-catering but if you would like us to arrange catering for a special occasion, we are very happy to do so.
Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs which must be restricted to the kitchen and utility areas.
The Lodge is also available for corporate and business events, and is a splendid setting for a special celebration or for your wedding.
Garden Cottage is a short stroll through the gardens from Glanusk Lodge and sits within part of the original walled gardens on The Estate. It is very private and sleeps 4 people in one twin and one double bedroom.
There is a sunny kitchen and dining area with views out into the gardens, a cosy sitting room with woodburner and a family bathroom. The Cottage is a favourite retreat for fishermen, family holidays and walkers. It is also often booked by large groups staying at Glanusk Lodge who need some extra space.

The kitchen is well-equipped, but if you feel like a break from cooking do let us know and we will put you in touch with our in-house cook.

Guards Apartment is situated at the heart of Glanusk Estate and surrounded by magnificent parkland, walled gardens, old stables, a turreted bridge and mountain walks.

We have had an excellent weekend celebrating a birthday with a small family party plus fishing and walking.
