We are delighted to offer a unique, once in a lifetime camping experience from Friday 14th to Sunday 30th July 2017 within the private, family part of the Estate, to which there is no additional public access.
The campsite enjoys the Estate’s best views of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. There are no electrical hook-ups and the loos and showers are temporary but, as a result, the atmosphere of the place is reassuringly natural without regimented pitches or tarmaced trails. At the far end of the meadow, the grass stretches down to the banks of the river itself, home to some of the best trout and salmon fishing in Wales. By night, the area is equally renowned for its starry skies, laying within an International Dark Sky Reserve.
Undesignated grass pitches. No electrical hook-ups.
Tents, campervans, caravans, dogs – yes.
