HISTORY OF GLANUSK PARK

Glanusk Park and Estate is privately owned by the Legge-Bourke family. It is situated in the beautiful countryside of the Usk Valley, Crickhowell, South Wales in the Brecon Beacons National Park, and is one of the largest privately owned estates in Wales.

The Estate has been in existence for 200 years and has 400 acres of private parkland and beautiful buildings, which allows an enormous variety of uses. These include a private chapel for Weddings, festivals such as the renowned Green Man, corporate events, Country Pursuits and Sports, film/tv locations, exclusive and unique holiday cottages and bespoke events.  Events that have taken place include: The Green Man Festival, CLA Game Fair, major film and tv productions, opera, agricultural shows and bespoke parties. The Estate lends itself to diverse requirements from clients.
