HISTORY OF GLANUSK PARK
Glanusk Park and Estate is privately owned by the Legge-Bourke family. It is situated in the beautiful countryside of the Usk Valley, Crickhowell, South Wales in the Brecon Beacons National Park, and is one of the largest privately owned Estates in Wales.
The Estate has been in existence for 200 years and has 400 acres of private parkland and beautiful buildings, which allows an enormous variety of uses. These include a private chapel for , festivals such as the renowned Green Man, corporate events, Sport at Glanusk, film/tv locations, exclusive and unique holiday cottages and bespoke events. Events that have taken place include: The Green Man Festival, CLA Game Fair, major film and tv productions, opera, agricultural shows and bespoke parties. The Estate lends itself to diverse requirements from clients.

BBC Top Gear at Glanusk - Programme showing 19th February on BBC 2
It has been a joy to host the Top Gear Team this week. Harry and Iona Legge-Bourke and the Glanusk Team hosted the production team and the presenters for three days having filmed in Abergavenny and subsequently on the park and on the rest of the Glanusk Estate. It has been a treat to have Top Gear film in the Usk Valley and it was mentioned by the Top Gear team just how beautiful Crickhowell and the Usk Valley is. It had been over eight years since Jeremy, James, Richard had filmed in the valley. All of the Top Gear team were incredibly friendly and thoughtful to the home team here and have left Glanusk Park looking as good as they found it.
Glanusk Wedding Fayre Sunday 11th March 11am - 4pm, come along and see our outstanding venue and meet with suppliers to discuss flowers, photography, favours, champagne and everything else you need for your amazing and truly unique day! The Glanusk team will be more than happy to help you in whichever way we can.
